One morning Mary discovers a solid door that has appeared, as if by magic, slap bang in the middle of the sea. Unnatural phenomenon or a bizarre PR stunt? Step into Mary’s inner monologue as equal waves of wariness and excitement crash down over the community, and she tries to make sense of what (or who… ) on earth has arrived.
