What we do
Our faith inspires us to believe that another world is possible. We run a collective of projects, bound together around shared values, called ‘A One Thing’, that all aim to help people in need.
One Church Brighton is passionate about justice and equality. We believe that at the heart of Christian faith is a call to get involved and use all the resources we have to benefit the common good, helping to create fairer and more flourishing communities. We do this through a variety of projects and initiatives. You’ll find many of them listed above and here on the ‘A One Thing’ site. These projects didn’t start because of some board meeting or church leader, but because people, just like you, saw a need and put their hand up to get involved.
If you see something you’re passionate about, why not get involved and volunteer? And if you have an idea for something else that shares our values and helps those in need, then we’d love to hear from you.
